Post a Co-op Job

To advertise your job opportunity to Acadia Co-op students, create a profile on the Acadia Co-op Portal! Once your profile is approved by Co-op staff, you can advertise your positions easily. If you'd prefer, you can send a job description to and we will post the opportunity for you.

With either method, Co-op staff will contact you to verify receipt of your posting and to discuss any points that may require clarification.

Information to include in your job posting:

  • A brief description of your organization
  • Position duties
  • Desired qualifications
  • Salary range
  • Any eligibility requirements (e.g., Canadian citizens only, minimum grade point average)
  • How to apply (e.g. online, resume, cover letter, transcript)
  • To whom applications should be sent
  • Preferred application deadline date
